Reiki Certification Level I

Reiki is easily learned and practiced as self-care by anyone who is interested, regardless of the person’s age or state of health.  One of the hallmarks of Reiki practice is its simplicity and it doesn’t require knowledge of either subtle bioenergy or healthcare.

Level 1 is a practitioner’s initiation into reiki and is open to anyone. The focus during Level 1 is on opening the energy channels on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force energy, which flows through the crown of the head and down to the heart and hands. Level 1 teaches the history and principles of Reiki, how to use it for self-care and benefits of regular use.

You will receive a level 1 attunement from a sixth generation Reiki master teacher. Certificate awarded for completion of class.
