What is the one change that would have the biggest impact on your health and well-being? Most of us know what to do to be at our best health, but getting it done can be hard. I will provide the support and structure to help you reach your best health and well-being. I work with women on a variety of health and lifestyle issues, including:

  • Healthy eating and weight management
  • Get your body moving
  • Energy, sleep and work/life balance
  • Stress and time management
  • Meditation and living mindfully
  • Nutritional supplementation
  • Lifestyle changes to address chronic pain, fibromyalgia, heart disease, diabetes and other conditions
  • How to set enlivening and achievable goals

What you can expect:

I will listen to you attentively and without judgment, help you set powerful goals and take action. Unlike personal training or counseling, Your Path to Wellness puts you in the driver’s seat. I will ask questions and encourage you to arrive at your own answers. I will provide advice and direction. You can expect safe, open and honest dialogue – and permission to focus on you and how you feel and function. You can also expect to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to make positive lifestyle changes on your own.

How does it work?

Your Path to Wellness is customized to you! You will start by completing a health & wellness assessment. At your first session, we will review your assessment, develop your personal wellness vision and goals, identify your strengths and motivators, and explore challenges and potential solutions. After the planning session, we will meet for 6 -12 sessions to make healthful, lasting lifestyle changes.


Your Path to Wellness: Private Wellness Coaching

  • Personal wellness assessment
  • 60 minute Wellness Planning session
  • 5 or 11 coaching sessions
  • Email support between sessions and online resources with the latest information on health and wellness

Your Path to Wellness: Group Wellness Coaching

  • Personal wellness assessment for each group member
  • 4 Weekly Recorded Group Coaching Calls:
    • Your Best Health: Design a holistic plan for lasting change
    • Healthy Eating: Making lasting lifestyle adjustments with food
    • Fit for Life: Create a program that’s right for you
    • Mindfulness and Meditation: A path to real happiness
  • 2 personal coaching sessions by phone for each group member
  • Email support between sessions and online resources with the latest information on health and wellness

You will be an active participant in your own well-being and have holistic tools to help you prevent recurrence and sustain ongoing health and healing. You will also need a support network of family and friends to help along the path to wellness. This program includes instructions for caregivers, focusing everyone on your recovery.
